Email us to give itYes. Only people the parents invite (by email) or who have the PIN can look. Your child's page doesn't show up on Google. We don't sell data, show ads, or use your child's photos to train AI. Photos lose their GPS location before upload.
Nothing is deleted right away. When a plan ends, the page keeps working for 3 more days, then becomes read-only for 12 months: everything can still be seen and downloaded. If it isn't renewed, we email the parents 30 days before it is deleted. Renew any time before then and everything stays as it was.
We will email you at least 90 days before, so every family has time to download all their memories. The download holds the original photos and videos and a data file, and opens on any computer without us.
Yes, any time, even after your plan ends. Parents tap Backup to download one .zip with every memory, photo, video, letter, comment and measurement.
Yes. They open the link and type the 6-digit PIN the parents chose. No account, no app.
